  I went in this afternoon with a severely bent engagement ring, Dona and April were so sweet, and were able to fix what I thought was going to cost me upwards of $50 (quoted from another jewelry store) for free!!! Thank you so much!

  Will never buy from here again. They do not stand by they're warranties at all. I was told I could have my girlfriends ring sized for free whenever at the time of purchase which was December of 2015. I went in this weekend to have it sized bigger and they are trying to charge me for it now. I've bought from zales, jc penny and Claudius jewelers before and they have never given me problems on sizing or anything. Avoid this place.

  My husband bought my ring there over 10 years ago..when they were nice and respectful. We went there a few weeks ago for an anniversary band for my ring. Lynn our sales lady makes you feel like a cheap customer. Stay away from Lynn she's very rude and she makes up all theses charges so she can make more money...not every 10 year old ring needs to be resized...just beware...and don't pay for something you don't need..
