  I had such a good set of experiences at this store that I felt the need to write a review to commend the staff. I am a new homeowner, and have been trying to set up multiple washer and gas dryer for the past couple of days. I couldn’t figure out the correct size union/ gas connector hose, and had to take 4 trips (returning the wrong supplies and purchasing the right supplies) due to the fact both my washer and my home have oddball/ unique characteristics. I dealt with the kind employees at return desk several times, and not once did they seem annoyed or frustrated even though I returned items on 3 separate occasions in a single day to the same employees. Gus, who is a Latino gentleman working in isles 10-13(i believe, the plumbing isle is where we interacted) made sure to help me by providing thorough, knowledgeable information on how to hook up my gas connection to the dryer. Again, I hassled this guy for 2 days in a row with questions and concerns, on one day 3 seperate occasions, and he was not rushed or frustrated in any way. Being as flustered as I was throughout this project, I interrupted Gus while he was doing store related duties and pushing heavy stuff around, and the guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would have been annoyed if I were put in his shoes. He was an excellent resource and was a pleasure to deal with. I know this is a long review, but I believe all the employees I dealt with were top shelf. I will be giving ALL of my home improvement related business to this location from here on out for the reasons listed above. Keep up the great work.
