  Very unprofessional, the staff is rude and they are inattentive, I had made a payment online and it charged my card 3 times when I authorized it once, I called to get assisted with a reimbursement of the 2 transactions and no one ever called back (4 days ago) k called again and again and kept getting the run around and was told that heather the manager will call me, well guess what she never did! I will not give these people another penny of mine!!

  Very unprofessional! They sold me a defective bed and are taking forever to fix it. The manager Heather was suppose to call us yesterday for a solution and when we called in today she is not there. Tuesday’s are her days off and we just found out. The guys who install the furniture came yesterday but the part they ordered was the wrong one so now we are left without a bed. First and last time we buy furniture from here. If I can give them 0 stars I would
