  This is home, and although everything is convenient, it's going down hill..I realize everyone needs help but they let people hang around and beg for change. It's not good for business and I've had to tell people going in and coming out, ( the same person) no! I didn't have spare change! I will by them food or suggest the mission or soup kitchens, but no money. Rockford needs to care about the places that people are allowed to beg for money, it's going downhill!
